Is this just SAM.gov saved search?

Saved search is a federal database trying to be an inbox. We only keep Texas + this trade, we drop award notices, and we put due date and city first.

Will I get City of Houston or school-district jobs?

Not in this version. Federal only. If we add a Texas state/local feed later, it will be an opt-in, not more noise.

What if you miss one?

If our pull comes back empty or a parser breaks, we treat that as an outage — we do not pretend it was a quiet day. You should still follow any job you actually bid on inside SAM.gov, so you get amendments.

Do I need to be a small business or veteran-owned?

No. We show the set-aside in English so you can skip what you cannot chase.
