Texas HVAC Bid Alert
Get the free 7-day look

NAICS 238220 · Place of performance: Texas

Texas HVAC and plumbing jobs from SAM.gov, in your inbox. Not the whole internet.

If you only want federal HVAC, boiler, and plumbing work in Texas, you should not have to live on SAM.gov. We watch it. You get a short email when something new matches.

$29/month after the free look. Cancel anytime. We do not write bids.

Who this is for

Licensed HVAC and plumbing contractors in Texas who already do, or want to do, VA hospitals, bases, and federal buildings — and who keep meaning to check SAM.gov after the last truck is out.

Who this is not for

General contractors chasing every NAICS code. Bid mills. Anyone who wants us to write the proposal.

The problem

SAM.gov will email you. Then it emails you again: sources sought in another state, an amendment to a job you already no-bid, an award notice, a “HVAC” mention inside a $40 million facilities contract you cannot prime. Saved searches also go quiet for a few days and you only notice when a competitor mentions the job.

You do not need another dashboard. You need five lines: city, due date, set-aside, what they actually want, link.

How it works

  1. You give us an email address.
  2. Every weekday we pull new SAM.gov contract opportunities tagged plumbing/heating/AC (NAICS 238220), plus a small keyword net for Texas HVAC jobs that got miscoded.
  3. If the work is in Texas and it is a new solicitation — not an award, not a closeout — we mail it.
  4. If nothing posted, we do not mail you. Silence means silence, not a broken alert.

What an email looks like

One job, one block. You can read it in the truck.

Free look

We’ll send you the last seven days of Texas HVAC matches as they would have appeared. No card until you want the tap left on. $29/month after that.

FAQ

Is this just SAM.gov saved search?

Saved search is a federal database trying to be an inbox. We only keep Texas + this trade, we drop award notices, and we put due date and city first.

Will I get City of Houston or school-district jobs?

Not in this version. Federal only. If we add a Texas state/local feed later, it will be an opt-in, not more noise.

What if you miss one?

If our pull comes back empty or a parser breaks, we treat that as an outage — we do not pretend it was a quiet day. You should still follow any job you actually bid on inside SAM.gov, so you get amendments.

Do I need to be a small business or veteran-owned?

No. We show the set-aside in English so you can skip what you cannot chase.

What do I still have to do?

Register in SAM.gov if you are not already. Download the drawings. Bid. We do not bid for you, and we are not a substitute for reading the solicitation.
